Access Information for the National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM)

  • Entrances are located on Broadway and Rep. John Lewis Way.

  • Elevator access is available via the Rep. Lewis Way entrance.

  • Please see an NMAAM staff member if you or a guest needs assistance with elevator or wheelchair access.

Parking Information for the National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM)

  • Metropolis offers convenient parking located directly beneath the museum.

  • Flat rate: $22

  • Validate your parking at the kiosk in the NMAAM lobby before departure.

  • This rate is available only on the day of your visit and must be validated on-site.


Meals Provided

Pride in the Pews will provide the following meals:

  • Thursday evening: Heavy hors d’oeuvres at the Welcome Event

  • Friday morning: Breakfast at the hotel

  • Friday midday: Lunch at the convening

  • Saturday morning: Breakfast at the hotel

  • Saturday midday: Brunch at the Gospel Drag Brunch
